Lupin announces change in directorate
With effect from 01 October 2018
Lupin has appointed Dr. Kamal K Sharma as Advisor to the Company, for a period of one year effective 01 October 2018 by the Board and in position as Vice-Chairman in Non-Executive capacity.The present tenure of Dr. Kamal K Sharma, Vice Chairman, as Wholetime Director of the Company is up to 28 September 2018.
