Fortune Financial Services (India) acquires additional 31.81% stake in Inga Capital

Fortune Financial Services (India) announced that the Company has acquired balance 22,23,788 equity shares of Rs. 10/- fully paid of Inga Capital constituting 31.81% of the paid up capital of Inga Capital on 29 July 2015 thereby making Inga Capital as wholly owned subsidiary of the Company w.e.f. 29 July 2015.
