i. Anjali Anand Singh has been appointed as a Woman Director
ii. Dr. Arun Jaura has been appointed as a Non-Executive independent Director
(iii) Pradipta Sen has been appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director
2. Resignation of Directors:
i. Deepak Chopra has resigned as a Chairman and Director from the Board of the Company
