Avantel announces closure of buy back of shares

Buy back of shares closes on 24 September 2014

Avantel announced that in terms of the SEBI Buyback Regulations, 1998 and amendments thereto the Board Meeting has decided to close ongoing buy-back of equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each of the Company after the close of trading hours of the 24 September 2014.
