Gati announces resignation of MD

Gati announced that Mahendra Kumar Agarwal (DIN: 00179779), has stepped down from the position of the Director, Managing Director and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from 28 September, 2020 pursuant to the Share Purchase Agreement entered by him along with two other Promoter group members (Sellers) with Allcargo Logistics (Acquirer) on 05 December 2019.
