Glenmark Pharmaceuticals allots equity shares

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals announced that the Operations Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, at its Meeting held on 14 July 2016 allotted 2,000 equity shares to the employee of the Company on exercise of options granted to them pursuant to ESOS 2003.
