Titan Company signs share purchase agreement to acquire majority stake in Carat Lane Trading

For consideration of Rs 357.24 crore

Titan Company announced that the share purchase agreement has been signed for acquisition of 19,142,545 equity shares representing 62% of share capital of Carat Lane Trading for Rs 357.24 crore. The acquisition is expected to be completed within 14 months subject to completion of pre-closing conditions.
