Gujarat Themis Biosyn extends time limit for public shareholding

Gujarat Themis Biosyn announced that the Hon'ble BIFR vide its order dated 20 November 2013 has allowed extension of time by 270 days from the date of passing of this order i.e. upto 17 August 2014 for increasing public shareholding to 25%, subject to no objection of SEBI.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
