Indosolar changes Board of Directors

W.e.f. 13 February 2014

Indosolar announced that Anand Kumar Agarwal, the whole time director and chief financial officer of the company has resigned from the board of directors with effect from 13 February 2014. Further, the Board has appointed Vidyut Manubhai Vora as additional director in the category of independent and non-executive director with effect from 13 February 2014.
