GV Films allots equity shares

On reduction of share capital

GV Films announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on 19 June 2015 have considered, approved and allotted 36,86,27,833 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each fully paid up in lieu of 36,86,27,833 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up, pursuant to reduction of Share capital approved the Shareholders of the Company in the Annual General Meeting dated 30 September 2014 and sanctioned by the Hon'ble High Court Bombay vide order dated 10 April 2015.
