Granules India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 June 2015, has :1. approved the alteration in Articles of Association (AoA) of the Company, subject to approval of the members, by adopting regulations in AoA as per the Companies Act, 2013;
2. approved the re-appointment of Harsha Chigurupati as an Executive Director of the Company, subject to approval of the members and the Central Government, for a term of five years with effect from 01 August 2015;
3. approved the issue of 40,95,230 warrants on preferential basis to C. Krishna Prasad, Chairman & Managing Director and promoter of the Company, subject to approval of the members, at a price arrived at in accordance with the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009.
