Hindustan Tin Works sells its shareholding in Rexam HTW Beverage Can (India)

To Rexam Beverage Can (Rexam UK) on 17 April 2015

Hindustan Tin Works announced that the Company has transferred 32,85,250 equity shares held by it in Rexam HTW Beverage Can (Rexam India) to Rexam Beverage Can (Rexam UK) on 17 April 2015. As of the date, the sale shares constitute 0.61% of the total issued and paid up capital equity capital of Rexam India. Pursuant to the aforesaid transfer of sale shares, the Company's nominee directors on the Board of Directors of Rexam India have also resigned with effect from 17 April 2015.
