Board of Ganesh Housing Corporation approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 17 April 2015

Ganesh Housing Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 April 2015, has appointed Aneri D. Patel, as a Director on the Board of the Company with immediate effect. Aneri will be a non-executive director on the Board of the Company.

Further, the Company has received resignation from Lalitaben G. Patel as a Director of the Company with effect from 17 April 2015.
