HOV Services allots equity shares

Under ESOP

HOV Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 March 2016, inter alia, has discussed and approved allotment of 8,000 equity shares of Rs 10/-each pursuant to the ESOP Plan 2007.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up from 12,524,522 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 125,245,220/- to 12,532,522 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 125,325,220/-.
