BHEL commissions 2nd unit of Goindwal Sahib coal fired thermal power project

Bharat Heavy Electricals announced the successful commissioning of second 270 MW generating coal based unit in Punjab. The unit has been commissioned at the 2x270 MW Goindwal Sahib coal fired thermal power project of GVK Power & Infra, located near Amritsar in Punjab. The first unit of the project was commissioned by the Company in February 2016.
