IITL Projects announces resignation of director

With effect from 21 June 2016

IITL Projects announced that R. S. Loona has tendered his resignation as a Director of the Company.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 (Para A of Schedule III) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company further inform that a Circular Resolutions has been passed on June 23, 2016 for the following:

1. Acceptance of resignation of R. S. Loona as a Director of the Company w.e.f. 21 June 2016.
