Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd lost 4.95% today to trade at Rs 115.25. The S&P BSE Realty Index index is down 2.1% to quote at 3489.98. The index is down 10.44 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Sobha Ltd decreased 3.71% and Sunteck Realty Ltd lost 3.05% on the day. The S&P BSE Realty Index index went up 26.09 % over last one year compared to the 12.44% surge in benchmark SENSEX.
Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd has lost 27.31% over last one month compared to 10.44% fall in S&P BSE Realty Index index and 3.07% drop in the SENSEX. On the BSE, 2.88 lakh shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 7.25 lakh shares in the past one month. The stock hit a record high of Rs 195.9 on 09 Nov 2021. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 72.75 on 19 Apr 2021.
