Indiabulls Securities announced that on 27 January 2015, Indiabulls Securities ("the Company"), has issued and allotted 3,92,995 (Three Lacs Ninety Two Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Five) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, to the eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under -'Indiabulls Securities Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2008'.Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 52,24,46,162/- divided into 26,12,23,081 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
