ITC announced that the Company on 20 January 2015 issued and allotted 44,61,290 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each, upon exercise of 4,46,129 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.Consequently, with effect from 20 January 2015, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 799,98,821/- divided into 799,98,96,821 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each.
