Jindal Cotex announces change in directorate

On 18 September 2014

Jindal Cotex announced that:

1. The Board of Directors has appointed Rajesh Khanna, Anil Kumar and Preeti Khanna as Non Executive & Independent Directors.

2. The Board of Directors has appointed Rajesh Khanna as Chairman of the Company and Sandeep Jindal who was earlier appointed as Chairman cum Managing Director will now act as Managing Director of the Company.

3. Nirmal Kumar Jain, Non Executive & Independent Director has resigned from the directorship of the Company.
