Khoday India announces change in directorate

With effect from 08 September 2014

Khoday India announced that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 08 September 2014, Pamela Sunawala was appointed as Additional Director in the category of Independent Directors, in the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Sudhakar Shetty, and in compliance with SEBI Circular dated 17 April 2014, with regard to the appointment of woman director by all listed companies, before 01 October 2014.
