K E C International completes sale of telcom assets

For Rs 82.3 crore

K E C International has completed the sale of its telecom assets to ATC Telecom Tower Corporation for a total consideration of Rs. 82.3 crore.

The telecom assets, consisting of 381 telecom sites, are in the states of Chhattisgarh. Meghalya and Mizoram.
