Piramal Phytocare announced Neelesh Bhise has resigned as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from close of business hours of10 July 2015 and Maneesh Sharma, a member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India has been appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 22 July 2015.
