Kridhan Infra announces resignation of CFO

With effect from 01 June 2015

Kridhan Infra announced that Arnab Ghosh, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, has resigned and his letter of resignation has been noted and taken on record by Board of Directors at its meeting held on 17 June 2015. Arnab Ghosh has be relieved from the services as per the Company's policy w.e.f. from 01 June 2015.
