Larsen & Toubro rose 0.21% to Rs 1,757.65 at 10:20 IST on BSE after the company said L&T Construction won new orders worth Rs 1459 crore across various business segments in June 2014.
The company made the announcement during trading hours today, 3 July 2014.
On NSE, so far 4.21 lakh shares were traded in the counter. The stock hit a high of Rs 1,765.90 and a low of Rs 1,745.10 so far during the day.
The large-cap company has an equity capital of Rs 185.54 crore. Face value per share is Rs 2.
Larsen & Toubro (L&T) said the buildings and factories business has received combined orders worth Rs 1173 crore. Additional orders valued at Rs 286 crore have been received from the transportation infrastructure business.
