La Opala RG allots 5.55 crore equity shares

Under bonus issue

La Opala RG has allotted 5,55,00,000 bonus equity share of Rs.2/- each in the ratio 1:1 to those shareholders whose names have appeared in the register of members/ list of beneficial owners as on the closing hours of 23rd March, 2018 being the record date for this purpose. The said Bonus shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares in all respects.

Consequent to bonus issue, the paid up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs.22,20,00,000/- consisting of 11,10,00,000 equity shares of Rs.2/- each fully paid up.
