Mangalam Industrial Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 06 February 2016 has appointed Kirti Sharma, Company Secretary of the Company as Compliance officer of the Company. Her Appointment to the office of Company Secretary is effective from 07 February 2016.
