Maxwell Industries will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 26 October 2015, to discuss and approve the conversion of 30, 00,000 warrants (issue and allotted on February 14, 2015) into 30, 00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 2 each at premium of Rs 36 each to promoter and promoters group.
