Modex International Securities fixes record date for bonus issue

Record date is 21 October 2016

Modex International Securities has fixed 21 October 2016 as the Record Date in order to determine the names of the members who are entitled to receive Bonus Equity Shares in the ratio of 1:1 (i.e. One Equity Share of Re. 1 each for every paid up Equity Share of Re. 1 each held by the shareholders).
