NIIT Technologies ESOP share allotment committee has allotted 71,800 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each pursuant to ESOP 2005 on 20 December 2013.Due to which the paid up capital of the company increases to 60,635,718 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each.
