Pradip Overseas to hold EGM

Pradip Overseas at its board meeting held on 20 December 2013 has decided to hold its extra ordinary general meeting on 25 January 2014 to approve the increase in the authorised share capital of the company and to issue the preference shares of the company on preferential basis.
