Onesource Techmedia announced that is board of directors in the meeting held on 17 December 2014 have considered and approved the appointments of Fayaz Usman Faheed and Samia Faheed as additional directors of the company with immediate effect. Furthermore, the company has approved the resignations of S Krishna Rao, wholetime director and Stanley Gilbert Felix Melkhasingh, independent director, from the directorship of the company with effect from 17 December 2014.
