Outcome of board meeting of Allsec Technologies

Held on 11 February 2015

Allsec Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 February 2015, has transacted the following:

- Aravinthan Wijay has consequent to a settlement agreement, surrendered his shares in the Company's Subsidiary Retreat Capital Management Inc & these Shares have been cancelled by the Company. Consequently, Retreat Capital Management Inc has now become a 100% subsidiary of Allsec Technologies.
