Cera Sanitaryware announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 October 2015, inter alia, has decided the following:1. To enter into a joint venture agreement with Anjani Tiles for setting up manufacturing of high quality Ceramic Vertified Tiles plant in Andhra Pradesh.
2. To increase export in middle east countries, the Company is opening office in Dubai and/or Sharjah.
