Outcome of board meeting of IL&FS Engineering & Construction Co

IL&FS Engineering & Construction Co announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 June 2015 has discussed the issue of equity shares including on preferential basis as per SEBI Regulations.

The Board of Directors decided that further details of the available options need to be examined and accordingly the issue of fund raising options will be decided in the next meeting.
