Shriram Transport Finance Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 June 2015 has appointed D.V.Ravi as Additional Director pursuant to the Article 21 of Articles of Association of the Company and Section 161 of Companies Act, 2013 in the category of Non-Executive Non-Independent Director with effect from 18 June 2015.
