Luminaire Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 October 2014, has decided as follows:

1. Appointment of Dilip Chabria (Businessman) and Anshuman Mohan Gupta as Additional Directors.

2. Accepted the resignation of Mahesh Choudhary as Director.

3. Appointment of Dr. Ajit Raizada IAS (Retd.) and Vigyan Arya as Independent Directors.

4. Accepted the resignation of Shekhar Kurlkarni & Rajaram Mane as Independent Directors.

5. Appointed H. K. Bijlani as Company Secretary-cum-Compliance Officer.

6. New Project Digital & Media.
