Financial Technologies (India) announced that pursuant to SEBI Delisting regulations, the Board of Directors of the Company have approved the voluntary delisting of equity shares of the Company from Madras & Ahmedabad Stock Exchanges.Post de-listing from the above mentioned stock exchanges, the Company shall continue to be listed on BSE and NSE.
