Outcome of board meeting of Mudit Finlease

Held on 30 August 2018

Mudit Finlease announced that the Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on 30 August 2018 have taken the following decisions -

1. Taken on record the proposal of Promoters to voluntary delist the shares of the company from the BSE ('BSE'), the only stock exchange, where the shares of the company are listed.

2. Appointment of M/s D & A Financial Services (P) Limited ('DAFSPL' or 'Merchant Banker') as Merchant Banker for carrying out due diligence as required in terms of provision of Regulation 8(1A)(ii) of Delisting Regulations.
