South Indian Bank announces change in director
With effect from 30 August 2018
South Indian Bank announced that K. Thomas Jacob (DIN: 00812892), Non-executive Independent Director of the Bank has demitted the office of Directorship on 30 August 2018 upon completion of his 8 year term, as per Section 10A(2A) of Banking Regulation Act 1949.
