Outcome of board meeting of Prima Plastics

Held on 29 May 2015

Prima Plastics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2015, inter alia, the following decision / approval has taken :

1. The Board approved the Project to set up Plastic Articles unit at Nicaragua and to incorporate a 100% Subsidiary Company.

2. The Joint Venture Company at Cameroon has taken up expansion project of US$1 million from internal accruals.
