Outcome of board meeting of Salguti Industries

At meeting held on 29 August 2014

Salguti Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 August 2014, inter alia, considered and approved the following Resolutions:

1. Recommended the regularization of Appointment of Rajender Reddy and Lima Reddy as the Director of the Company.

2. Recommended appointment of Independent Directors in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

3. Considered and recommended the re-appointment and remuneration of Statutory Auditors of the company.

4. Amendment of Articles of Association of the Company to comply with the provisions of Companies Act 2013.
