Spicejet announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 May 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. Take on record resignation of M. K. Harinarayanan (Independent Director) with effect from 28 May 2015.

2. Take on record resignation of J. Ravindran (Independent Director) with effect from 29 May 2015.

3. Appointment of Kiran Koteshwar as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
