Outcome of board meeting of Steelcast

Steelcast announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 May 2015, inter alia, have considered the following:

1. The Board has not recommended dividend for the financial year 2014-15.

2. Resignation of V. W. Makary, Non Executive Director, from the Board with effect from 28 May 2015.
