Outcome of board meeting of Starlit Power Systems

Held on 13 January 2015

Starlit Power Systems announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 January 2015, inter alia, has taken the following decisions unanimously:

1. Ramesh H. Joshi is appointed as the Additional Director of the Company.

2. Sanjay Arora is appointed as the Additional (Independent) Director of the Company.

3. Kamaljeet Singh Jaswal is appointed as the Chief Finance Officer of the Company.

4. Mukesh Pawar is appointed as the Internal Auditor of the Company.

5. The Resignation of Surinder Pal from the Directorship of the Company is accepted by the Board.

 

6. The Resignation of Amit Nath Sood from the Directorship of the Company is accepted by the Board.
