Dewan Housing Finance Corporation announces appointment of CEO

With effect from 17 January 2015

Dewan Housing Finance Corporation announced that the Board of Directors pursuant to Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Companies ( Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel ), Rules, 2014, Listing Agreement and Articles of Association of the Company have approved the appointment of Harshil Mehta as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The appointment of Harshil Mehta shall take effect from 17 January 2015.
