United Spirits announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 October 2014 has taken the following decisions-

Considered and taken on record unaudited financial results for the quarter and three months ended 30 June 2014.

Taken on record resignation of Paul Steven Walsh, a nominee of Relay B.V, as a director of the Company with effect from 20 October 2014.
