Outcome of board meeting of Vaarad Ventures

Vaarad Ventures announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 September 2014, has considered and approved and recommended for consideration of members at their AGM the following:

1. Appointment of M/s K.M. Tapuriah & Co. as statutory auditor of the Company for F.Y 2014-15 as the existing statutory Auditor M/s G.C Patel & Co. expressed their inability to continue as the statutory auditor of the Company.

2. Nitin Datanwala is appointed as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from 05 September 2014.
