Oceanaa Biotek Industries announces change in CFO

With effect from 25 August 2014

Oceanaa Biotek Industries announced the following :

S. Arputhasamy has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 25 August 2014.

S. Arputhasamy will succeed Mr. Abdul Muthalif as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, who consequent to his resignation ceases to be Chief financial Officer of the Company.

Harinee. S, had resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 25 August 2014.
