VXL Instruments announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 June 2015 have considered and approved the following:1. Subject to the approval of the members of the Company through postal ballot, Shifting of Registered office of the Company from state of Karnataka to State of Maharashtra.
2. Appointment of K T Vijaya Krishna, Practicing Company Secretary as the Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot in a fair and transparent manner.
3. Postal Ballot Notice to seek the approval of the members of the Company on aforesaid proposals.
